ArbiLister
SaaS platform for online sellers
The problem
Online arbitrage sellers run their business by hand — researching products, creating listings one at a time, checking supplier prices and stock, placing orders and pasting tracking numbers back into the marketplace. It costs hours every day, and the mistakes are expensive: overselling something out of stock, listing below cost after a supplier price change, or a listing that breaches brand-protection rules.
What we built
A subscription platform that runs the whole workflow from one dashboard. Sellers research demand, import products in bulk from multiple suppliers, generate listings with AI-assisted copy and templates, and then let the system hold the line: prices and stock re-sync automatically against supplier changes, orders are placed for them, and tracking is uploaded back to the marketplace. Multiple stores are managed side by side, with restricted sub-accounts so virtual assistants can work without full access. The heavy lifting runs on a background worker fleet, with browser automation handling supplier checkout and companion Chrome extensions bringing research and tracking into the seller’s own browser.
